Tracker Retrieve Package
This is our no-nonsense Stolen Vehicle Recovery service that allows your vehicle to be tracked and recovered with a simple phone call to our 24-hour National Emergency Centre. Tracker Retrieve is stolen vehicle recovery that’s both world-class and cost-effective. After installing the vehicle tracking device discreetly into your vehicle, all it takes is a simple toll-free phone call from you, to our 24-hour National Emergency Centre on 0800 13 23 23, to set into action a chain of events to track and retrieve your vehicle. Tracker Connect Package
A plan with everything you need from the Connect Lite package – but with many added benefits. From more reports, to an emergency assist button, we’re giving you more precision tracking for your vehicles. Tracker Connect gives you precision tracking of your vehicles, from anywhere. It offers everything from Connect Lite, but with many added benefits. Use your computer, tablet or smartphone app for near real-time tracking, request more monthly reports, set more zones and allow your drivers to notify you in an emergency with an assist button. Whenever you receive an early notification, so does Tracker, meaning our team can act swiftly if they detect any problems that need addressing.

At Tracker, we understand the complexities of running a business and managing your fleet. For this reason, we offer Dual View to our business customers who make use of our TomTom and Tracker products simultaneously. Dual View conveniently enables you to view TomTom and Tracker products on a single Tracker web interface, giving you complete visibility of your fleet and allowing you to take care of your business.
Dual View is available to Business customers at a once off activation cost of R500*
Tracker Rescue is specifically designed to help make life a little easier in the unfortunate event that your vehicle is stolen, hijacked or have been involved in an accident, resulting in your vehicle being undrivable. Tracker Rescue will provide you with:
R3,000.00 in cash.
A mobile phone and R300.00 airtime or R1,000.00, the choice is yours.
Trauma counselling for nominated occupants of the vehicle limited to a total aggregate of four (4) one (1) hour sessions.
A rental car for three days, delivered to you with the first tank of petrol on us and toll fees included. The vehicle will be delivered to an address of your choice and will include comprehensive insurance.
Should your Tracker Device be lost or damaged, we’ll ensure that it is replaced. If the vehicle is a write-off and there is no replacement vehicle we will pay the full settlement to cancel your Tracker contract or pay the reinstallation fee for your Tracker device should you continue with your Tracker subscription contract. No excess or call-out fee payable.
