Tracker Response Package
Tracker Response is your first responder in the event of an accident, providing peace of mind that you and your family are cared for in the moments when trips take an unexpected turn. With Impact Detection technology, we’ll be the first to know if there has been any significant impact to your vehicle. On receipt of the impact notification, Tracker will try and contact you to confirm if you have been involved in an accident. This means Tracker will know to dispatch medical and towing assistance to your location even if you are unable to request assistance yourself. In addition to be being able to pinpoint the location of your vehicle at any time via the Tracker Connect app, Tracker Response includes the convenience of licence reminders and trip logbooks. Tracker Response is suitable for all vehicles and is recognised by motor manufacturers and major insurers.

Tracker Recover Package
Tracker Recover is one big “yes” in a world full of “no”, and thanks to our convenient Tracker Connect app, we’ll be there every step of the way. Your smartphone allows you to monitor your vehicle’s location and benefit from rapid response theft retrieval with a simple sliding motion. We’re also passionate about keeping you on the road, which is why you have access to a number of additional features like a Trip Logbook, Licence Reminders and more. In the event of a theft or hijacking, one call to our National Emergency Control Centre will allow Tracker to track and recover your vehicle anywhere within South Africa’s borders. Tracker Recover is suitable for all vehicles and is recognised by motor manufacturers and major insurers.

The precise whereabouts of your vehicle will always be just a couple of clicks away via Tracker Connect’s convenient smartphone app, allowing you to track and monitor anywhere within South Africa’s borders. You are also able to set up notifications like In App Car Guard and Standard Risk events like main battery disconnect, border and high-risk areas. We want to make sure you’re cared for when you’re on the road in every way possible, which is why you have access to a Trip Logbook for tax purposes and the convenience of licence reminders. Value-Added Services
Back-On-Track
With Back-On-Track, we take the stress out of worrying about excess payments or replacing your valuable goods when your vehicle has been stolen or hijacked. Back-On-Track pays out R10 000 that could be used towards your insurance excess, replacing handbags, cell phones, laptops, baby car seats and more.
Tracker Rescue
Tracker Rescue is specifically designed to help make life a little easier in the unfortunate event that your vehicle is stolen, hijacked or have been involved in an accident, resulting in your vehicle being undrivable.
Subscription Waiver
Subscription Waiver covers your fees for up to 12 months in the unfortunate event of your death or retrenchment, as well as pays for a new Tracker device should you get a new vehicle under an active subscription.
Device Protection
In the case of your device being damaged, Device Protection has you covered whether you need it replaced or need your remaining settlement paid off.
Track & Tow
Once your stolen vehicle is recovered, Track and Tow will ensure that your vehicle is safely towed from the police pound and taken to a specified address of your choice, provided it is within the territorial limits of South Africa.
Tracker Guard
In the case of a breakdown or roadside emergency, Tracker will arrange for a guard to be dispatched to your location to wait with you until you have been assisted.
